How do you "present" a Key? Depending on your KeySet version, either:

• Place the Key on an NFC reader. (Version 2 and higher)

or

• Insert the Key into a USB port. (Version 1 and higher)

If prompted for your access code, enter it using exactly the same characters and cases (upper or lower) it was created with.
