Duties and Responsibilities
Define and own the product strategy, vision, positioning, and roadmap for WWPass cybersecurity products;
Establish product requirements and work closely with engineering teams throughout product design, development, testing, and release;
Coordinate product development across engineering, sales, marketing, technical support, and executive management;
Convert customer and partner feedback into actionable product requirements and development priorities;
Monitor competing products, emerging technologies, cybersecurity trends, standards, and changes in customer requirements;
Define product launch requirements and work with marketing and sales teams on product messaging, presentations, demonstrations, website content, and sales materials;
Develop and maintain product documentation, technical descriptions, competitive comparisons, use cases, and solution briefs;
Work with management to establish product pricing, packaging, licensing, and commercial strategy;
Represent WWPass products at cybersecurity conferences, exhibitions, webinars, industry meetings, and partner events;
Provide regular product strategy, roadmap, competitive, customer, and market updates to executive management;
Required Skills and Experience
Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, MIS, or a comparable technical discipline;
7+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity, enterprise software, identity and access management, or related technology fields;
3+ years of product management or product leadership experience;
Demonstrated experience defining product strategy, requirements, priorities, and roadmaps;
Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and enterprise security architecture;
Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) technologies;
Understanding of public-key cryptography, encryption, PKI, certificates, TLS, and secure communications;
Familiarity with enterprise identity platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Auth0, Keycloak, SailPoint, Saviynt, or similar products;
Understanding of web applications, APIs, cloud services, enterprise networks, and application integration;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Strong presentation and customer-facing skills;
Ability to work effectively in a small, technically focused organization where product leaders are expected to be directly involved in execution.
